The service

Site by Steven repairs and improves the online presence of local businesses: websites, Google Business Profiles, reviews, directory listings, and social media. The free report shows what I found and the fixed price for each repair. When you buy a repair, I do the work and you approve it before anything goes live.

Payment

Payment is due before work begins, processed securely through Stripe. Every repair has a fixed price shown on your personal report page before you pay. If we agree on a different price, that price applies.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included before launch: copy changes, photo swaps, layout adjustments, and similar refinements until the work feels like your business. Requests that amount to a second, different project may be quoted separately.

Timeline

Most repairs are completed within a few days of payment, assuming I have everything I need from you (business details, photos, and any account access we discussed).

Ongoing plans

Monthly management plans renew each month and you can cancel anytime. After cancellation, service continues through the end of the paid period.

What I don't promise

I don't promise search rankings, a specific number of leads, or revenue results. What I promise is an online presence that stops losing you jobs.

Your content

You're responsible for having the rights to any photos, logos, or text you provide. I'll treat everything you share as confidential.
